Now Hiring: Admin Assistant
Job Responsibility:
-Provide administrative and full spectrum of admin support
-Manage billing & delivery processes (arrangement of DHL delivery and rental payment)
-Co-ordinate internal departments in the Company
-Administrative duties, e.g. filing, data entry etc.
-Assist with generating reports
-All other related duties as assigned by manager
Requirement:
-Relevant work experience is preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Positive and pleasant personality
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business
-Ability to multi-task with minimum supervision
