🚢 Chapter 3: A Journey Across Oceans | from “Celestial Blues: Porcelain Reimagined”

“How does clay from the Earth become a symbol of cultural prestige across continents?”

In our final chapter, founder of Appreciator.io reconts how artist Siyu Liu from Chengdu brings the East-to-West migration of porcelain to life through AI-generated CG and immersive storytelling. From 14th-century trade maps to Dutch harbors and royal collections, this 3-minute projection transports you through time — tracing the path of ceramics as they evolved from household vessels into cultural icons.

💡 At Appreciator.io, we believe stories like these show how digital tools can reawaken heritage, transforming static artifacts into living narratives that inspire cross-cultural dialogue and new economic value.

📍Experience it at Arcade@Cyberport Room 404 (extended to Nov 30) - Closed on MON

🌍 Chapter 2: Patterns Across Continents | from “Celestial Blues: Porcelain Reimagined”

“From Tang Dynasty kilns to Royal Delft’s blue legacy — ceramic patterns have always traveled farther than we think.”

In this chapter, our founder Emily Cheung traces the evolution of porcelain designs across China, Indonesia, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands, revealing how trade, light, and local culture shaped each transformation.

🎨 Through ink, glaze, and projection, we invite you to see how a single object carries the DNA of multiple civilizations — and how Appreciator.io bridges them through immersive storytelling and design-tech integration.

🌍 When Tradition Meets Tomorrow – A Global Visitor’s Perspective

What happens when centuries-old porcelain artistry is reimagined through immersive storytelling and digital projection?

🎙️ Here's what Miguel Relaño González a visitor from Spain, had to say after experiencing Celestial Blues: Porcelain’s Journey Reimagined in Blueprints at our Cyberport gallery:

“I found this exhibition quite interesting because, from the outset, you can see how the porcelain-making process is entirely handmade, and I find it fascinating how it is connected around the world, from Europe to Asia. I thought it was a really cool story, very interesting, and also how this exhibition has managed to take something as traditional as antique porcelain and display it for everyone to see thanks to new technologies such as projections and videos. They have created a really cool aesthetic, and I loved it, to be honest.”
— Miguel Relaño 🇪🇸 —

From Jingdezhen to Delft, from ink to AI — this exhibition speaks a universal visual language. And for us, the most rewarding outcome is hearing how it resonates with audiences from across the globe.

📍Visit us at Room 404, 4/F, Arcade@Cyberport.
📅 Open Tue–Fri 12PM–5PM | Weekend & holiday updates on .io

💡 Future-Proofing Through Innovation: Cultivating the Next Generation of Cultural-Tech Leaders

Last Friday, Appreciator.io had the pleasure of welcoming students from the X-STEAM Program by ATWIN Education to our Artech Museum (Beta 1.0) in Hong Kong. This wasn’t just an educational visit—it was a practical demonstration of our mission: to shape future-ready minds at the intersection of culture, creativity, and emerging technology.

🔍 Why it matters
According to the World Economic Forum, 85M jobs may be displaced by automation by 2025—but 97M new roles will emerge, specifically designed for those who can collaborate with machines, think across disciplines, and build across borders. These are the roles of innovators.

🧭 At Appreciator.io, we don’t just talk about the future—we prototype it.
Our cross-cultural Artech framework empowers students and creators alike to turn cultural heritage into digital-first, globally relevant IPs. Whether through collaborations with artists from Shanghai to the Netherlands or immersive showcases that bridge tradition and AI—we are building tools for creative impact and economic scalability.

✨ The students explored how storytelling, AI, and interactive design come together to form new experiences in cultural tourism and art-tech. This is more than inspiration—it’s strategy in action.

🙌 A special thank you Atwin Education and Cyberport 數碼港

Welcome to the new frontier of cultural innovation.

At Appreciator.io, we're reimagining heritage through immersive technology. Our latest Artech exhibition, “Celestial Blues: Porcelain’s Journey Reimagined in Blueprints,” housed at Cyberport Hong Kong, is more than an art experience — it's a live model for the future of cultural IP transformation.

💡 Why does this matter?
The immersive art market is projected to exceed $100B by 2032, with a CAGR of 20%+. Forward-thinking institutions, brands, and creators are realizing the power of merging tradition with technology to engage global audiences in meaningful ways.

📍 At Cyberport, we've welcomed 200+ guests from over 10 countries — including 🇨🇿 Czech Republic, 🇫🇷 France, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇮🇳 India, 🇺🇸 USA, and beyond — all engaging with a reimagined symbol of Chinese heritage: porcelain.

🎥 A special moment:
We were honored to host Francisco García Olmedo, Spanish audiovisual artist and past collaborator on our Van Gogh DigiVillage. His visit not only marked a creative reunion — but also connected our Hong Kong narrative with his 11K+ Spanish followers, expanding cultural IP from local to global in real time.

This is the Appreciator.io model in action:
🔗 Bridge cultures through co-creation, tech, and storytelling
🌀 Reposition heritage as experiential and commercially sustainable
📣 Activate new markets across art, tourism, retail, and education
