Solutions Sales Engineer Specialist
Hellenic Radio Services S.A. is looking for the best of the best sales engineer who will be part of an experienced team providing IoT /ICT innovative solutions vertically developed for the maritime industry.
Candidates should aspire to continuous learning, be open to learning about and interacting on a daily basis with a wide variety of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Work with customers, partners, and prospects to understand and propose solutions using advanced technology solutions by analyzing project requirements.
Lead sales process for customers day to day, from introductory meetings (net new sales) through post-sales (customer satisfaction, upselling, and subscription renewals).
Educate prospects on the business value of company’s IoT solutions
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Systems/Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
- Working experience in the maritime sector and the ICT field (3+ years)
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiar with the Maritime Sector and vessels environment.
- Ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with numerous contending demands
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be team oriented
- Strong and thorough verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and dedicated professional with strong customer focus and able to work under time pressure as well as balance and prioritize activities to ensure critical items are addressed
- Ability to learn new technologies and enhance his/her skills quickly
- Teamwork
- Ability to travel
- Demonstrated experience gathering and understanding customer business requirements
