•The artwork is a reimagine of the ancient symbol of the Rod of Asclepius and tries to bridge the gap between medical tradition and modern artistic movements.

Located at the entrance of a dental clinic, the mural serves as both an artistic landmark in Chalkida and a visual representation of the clinic’s commitment to modern healthcare practices, blending culture & care in a unique and engaging way while offering a bold visual experience for the clinic and its visitors.

“Where Worlds Collide”

My participation as part of the event of .gr Street Contest

“For my artwork on the New Waterfront of Thessaloniki, my goal was to capture a moment of the city’s multicultural soul through a vibrant and dynamic interplay of geometry, forms, & pop colors.

A rain of “Shards of Knowledge” and over-polarized pixels symbolizes the various cultural layers of the city, which, like hail crashing down, constantly transform & regenerate the life of the city, while simultaneously leaving the imprint of their unique identity.

The linear part of the artwork was created using high-density linear barcode symbology, where the word “Thessaloniki” can be read when artwork is scanned with a barcode scanner.

This piece seeks to engage the senses and open a dialogue with the viewer about Thessaloniki’s role in the digital age, as a crossroads of cultures, a place that continuously evolves and reborn through it’s rich and multi-layered heritage.”
