How We Operate

1. Pre-order basis: We purchase items from China and other parts of the world upon receiving orders. Unless stated, items are not readily available.
2. Shipping Times:
- 🛳️ Sea shipping: 28 days, 45-60 working days
- ✈️ Air shipping: 5 days - 2 weeks (faster, but potentially more expensive)
- 📝 Counting days start from the day the container departs from the warehouse, not when you make payment.
3. Order Placement:
- We take orders every month.
- Full payment is required to place an order.
- You can also place an order for special requests, and we'll do our best to fulfill them.

Additional Notes

- Shipping fees are not included for particular items unless stated in the group. Fees will be paid when goods arrive in Ghana.
- If you don't have patience, it's best not to order from us.
