BTS is pleased to inform you of the Leasing of MULTI-FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT which can PRINT and SCAN in addition to COPYING.
PRINTING
Apart from photocopying our equipment can be configured to do the following:
NETWORK PRINTER;
SECURE/CONFIDENTIAL PRINTING (USERNAME/ID and PASSWORD for printing)
NOTE: The configuration for the first five (5) employees in a company is free but additional installation for employees comes with a charge. We have BLACK/WHITE and COLOUR machines that ranges from 20 PAPERS PER MINUTE (PPM) A4 + A3 RANGE and upwards.
SCANNING
Our equipment can also be used as high speed A4 + A3 black and white and colour scanners as follows:
Scan directly to your E-MAIL, FOLDER AND PEN DRIVE using the machine;
Scan over 100 copies per minute (with the Automatic document Feeder at the top) unlike FLAT BED SCANNERS;
Scans both A4, A3 BLACK/WHITE & COLOUR;
SECURE SCANNING via use of USERNAME/ID & PASSWORD.

TONERS, REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE AND COPIER REPLACEMENT
in line with our Full Service Operating Lease structure, Toners, Consumables, Repairs and Maintenance are all provided Free of Charge. Faults are attended to on the day of report and in the event of any “difficult” breakdown copiers are replaced instantly at NO EXTRA COST to the client.
Simply, once the client pays for the number of copies made, responsibility for the functioning of the copiers rest entirely with Brija Technology Solutions.
