1. Undervalued Skills
“It’s just a logo” — yet it’s the face of your brand.
Many clients still don’t see design as strategic — just decoration.
2. Poor Pay & Late Payments
Too many designers are asked to “do it for exposure.”
Others wait weeks or months to be paid for completed work.
Sometimes, they’re ghosted altogether.
3. Excessive Revisions with No Extra Pay
