A storage insert only works when it is designed around real dimensions.

This custom drawer system was developed to fit inside a 330 × 330 × 330 mm IKEA KALLAX cube. The layout combines drawers of different sizes, making it possible to organize both small items and larger supplies within the same compact space.

For laser-cut production, the external dimensions are only the starting point. Material thickness, slot widths, joint positions, drawer clearances and assembly order all need to work together.

I create production-ready SVG and DXF files for custom organizers, drawer inserts, displays and other laser-cut products. A project can be developed from your dimensions, sketch, photo or reference image.

The Magic Box Pencil Illusion is a playful laser-cut project built around a clever moving mechanism. Its precisely positioned slots, joints and clearances allow the box to transform while keeping the trick hidden inside.
