An open discussion titled “Women in Tech — Real Stories” was held by DataArt Georgia in partnership with Skillwill Swiss College.

During the event, our speakers — Nano Sherazadishvili, Tamar Gobejishvili, and Ana Gobechia — shared their personal career journeys in the technology industry and spoke about the opportunities and challenges they encountered along the way.

The conversation focused on professional growth in tech and explored practical paths for building a successful career in the industry. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas, and receive useful advice from the speakers.

Together with Tech Collab Georgia, we hosted a masterclass on Global Tech Recruitment & Career Transformation, bringing together professionals and tech enthusiasts interested in building or transforming careers in the tech industry.

During the session, participants explored global tech market trends, the specifics of tech recruitment, and opportunities for career growth in the industry. The discussion created a space for sharing insights, asking questions, and learning from real-world experience.

DataArt IT Camp - 2 weeks initiative, built for early-career participants

It’s a great opportunity to get a clear picture of what’s happening in the IT market, what skills matter at the start, and what employers actually pay attention to. This year, the program focuses on AI and what stakeholders expect from candidates.

Webinars (Monday–Thursday):

QA, Design, Cybersecurity, AI, DevOps, English, Soft Skills, and more. All sessions will be recorded, so you can rewatch them anytime.

Workshops (Friday – Saturday): – tasks for AI enthusiasts – practical sessions for QA Manual – leadership skill development – real conflict‑management cases

The workshops are led by DataArt experts working on real commercial projects. Attendance is required. Certificates are provided upon completion.
