Jeff Parker Art

Jeff Parker Art North Yorkshire landscape artist. Plein-air and studio paintings in oils and digital iPad drawings.

My goal is to create art that inspires and resonates, infusing your living space with colour, expression, and joy. l'm a landscape artist who paints mainly on location in North Yorkshire in the Ryedale area. I can often be spotted in a field, behind a hedge and even at the side of the road in and around Coxwold, Kilburn, Newburgh and Ampleforth. I also produce digital drawings on my iPad which off

er a different style and perspective to the way I see the landscape. I'm captivated by the changing nature and beauty of the landscape and I strive to capture an essence of this in my work through the use of colour, light and the textural and expressionistic nature of oil paint.

The private preview for my Collectors’ List is open until this evening. I’ve shared new original paintings with subscribers first before being made available more widely on my website.
Painted between March and May, these pieces follow spring as it developed through the months, from cooler days to brighter fields, fresh growth and the landscape coming fully back to life. If you’re not a subscriber you can sign up on my website to get early access to all new work.

A corner of Kilburn I return to throughout the year - this time in the quiet colours of early March.

Painted entirely on location, responding to the muted colours and gentle shift of the season. I’m delighted this piece will be showing at the North Yorkshire Open Studios Spring Showcase at .gallery Danby this Saturday 14 February until Sunday 10 May.
