I just wanted to pass on my thanks to everyone who has supported Cracking TVs this year, either by donating TVs (and other items) that would otherwise have gone to the skip, or just by sharing my story.

I’d set myself a target of increasing my donations to Nightingale House to £2000 by the end of this year.

I’m delighted to write that, with all your help, my total donations to the hospice have already passed £2100.

This 55" LG UHD 4K Smart TV was definitely suffering from the "blues".
Quite a common issue with LG models, the backlights turn blue over time. A new set fitted and it's as good as new.
Comes with stand & remote

Thanks to Maria for donating this one.

It's now available for collection from Borras Park, Wrexham.
These models are around £250 on eBay. I'm asking for £100, £45 of which will go to Nightingale House.

This was kindly donated by Paul; it needed new backlights but is now working fine.
Can be used with a Firestick (or similar) for smart services if required.

NOTE that one of the 3 HDMI ports is damaged; the other 2 work fine.

A JVC LT-55CA890 55" Android Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV with Google Assistant.
Kindly donated by Imogen, it needed a new set of backlights.

Comes with voice remote, but no stand so will need to be wall-mounted (or an after-market stand purchased)

I'm only asking for £65 because there are a few minor shadows on the bottom edge You have to look very hard to see them but I know they're there!

Kindly donated by Sharon, this Sony 43" is a 4k UHD Smart TV, fully working.
I've just updated it to the latest firmware so all apps work
Usual Sony quality, it has 3 x HDMI, 3 x USB, Wi-Fi, & Ethernet port.
Comes complete with remote and stand (if required)

£90 which will go to Nightingale House hospice

Not a smart TV but will work with a Firestick etc.
It's a HD TV but lacks a HD tuner so Freeview HD isn't available directly - but it has a Freesat HD tuner or you can use one of the HDMI inputs to watch HD. (ask me if you want to know how!)

Not a Smart TV but will work well with a Firestick or similar (as shown)
There is no remote (I've tried just about every remote and can't get one to work with it!) but it can be operated from buttons on the side.
It also has minor damage to the back of the stand (see photo)

It's FREE to collect from Borras Park, Wrexham - but be warned, this is quite heavy and will need two people to carry it.
