Technical debt is often necessary for the effective running of your IT infrastructure. To gain comprehensive real-time insights into energy consumption data of its 14 million customers, e.kundenservice Netz, under project management by Hani Girgis, worked with SoftwareONE to consolidate its legacy SAP systems into a central SAP BW/4 data warehouse solution in Azure.
