Keyboard is Not Working
It happened to me a few weeks back, when I was writing a book, my keyboard was not able to work by showing no keys on the screen!

According to a search on google, when your keyboard fails to work, it could be due to:
Physical damage - That may be because of rough & tough use of the keyboard by pressing hardly on keys, just like me!!!
Dirt - there might be some dirt inside the keys & unnoticed by you!
Outdated or corrupt driver - In some cases, if you have not upgraded the useful drivers, then also your hardware devices get affected.
Sometimes, due to low battery (if you're using an external keyboard), the keyboard behaves like it is not working!

In such cases, the first thing you can do is check the USB port your keyboard is inserted into and also make sure it is properly inserted to make it work again.
You can also do one more thing to clean your keyboard using an air blower or hair dryer to clean the dust particles that might be stuck beneath the keys.
But those quick fixes still might not resolve the issue, sometimes.

If you keep hitting your keyboard keys and nothing is there on your screen, you are at the right place.

If you just want the issue to be resolved temporarily, you can use an onscreen keyboard.
Go to settings and select Ease of Access.
Under interaction, select Keyboards.
Toggle on "Use the Onscreen Keyboard".
One more thing to solve this issue is to update the driver & for updating the driver, here’s a simple steps:
Right-click on Start and select Device Manager.
Expand Keyboards.
Right-click on the affected keyboard and select the Update driver.
Select search automatically for updated driver software.
Your computer will now search the internet for recent drivers and install it.

So, if these above steps still did not resolve your issue, I would highly recommend you go with Mac repair specialists, hardware repair experts. We will book a ticket for you on our portal & will provide you a quote with detailed explanation for solving the issue.
