As we come to the end of Mental Health Awareness Week, I wanted to emphasise that it’s ok to not be ok. Life can be difficult and stressful, and planning an event can sometimes add to this.

Please make sure you take a break and step back every once in a while, ask for help from those close to you, and most importantly, be kind to yourself. 💚
