Having to take a short break from my daily live videos. As I need time to recover and recuperate after having a heart attack last night,

I would like to say a big thank you to
firstly Melissa and Emily who calmly took charge of the situation called 999, and assisted the paramedics when they arrived, then followed to the hospital, after making sure Bruno was okay.
Secondly the paramedics who got we swiftly to hospital
Thirdly the medical team who treated me at midnight, with the ongoing support of the ward staff.
And also Emily, and Rebecca who’ve helped massively keeping everyone in formed and upto date and with the logistics of supporting Melissa and Bruno

Thanks from the bottom of my (now mended) heart

Normal service will resume once I’ve been given the all clear to start working

Plus I talk a bit about how easy it is for us to overlook nurturing relationships with the people who have come towards us, but not quite ready to become customers as we deal with the chaos of the day to day juggling multiple hats / jobs / tasks etc…

Well Facebook in their wisdom has decided to limit access to broadcasting live from business pages to proflies older than 60 days and with more than 100 followers.

Which to put bluntly is a pain particularly when I’m on day 54 of this daily live challenge
