Testing anyone??
The following was the Subject in an email from a major bank which arrived in my inbox this morning.
{[Candidate.first_name}}, it's Gender Equality Month, International Women's Day and Video Interview tips
It's somewhat irritating since I've also received a "Thanks but no thanks" from this same organisation for roles I have done in other organisations for years. Perhaps the "more suitable candidates" could be asked how they, collectively, let this one out. Perhaps the process of sending these was farmed out to an organisation that doesn't consider the reputational impact on the client?
