Some time ago (two years - three years?) Facebook and Twitter rewrote their keyboard interfaces, resulting in curious behaviour that I can't correct using the usual iMac keyboard overrides. As a result, even though I have Delay set to extra long, and Repeat turned off, I still get irritating repeats, and not characters, but page advance and back, so that I occasionally need to page forward, then back because it's gone too far, then forward...
I'm only adjusting keyboard delay/repeat. Is there another secret way it's messing with my intentions?
