“Merlin originally installed a system for us over 10 years ago and the system went down. Even though we are not in a maintenance agreement with Merlin they kindly offered to divert all calls and loan us three handsets until we were able to move over to a VoIP system. They came to the site the following day and managed to resolve the system issues. Amazing customer service, very welcoming and supportive staff. The quote offered was extremely competitive and we are subsequently moving all services over to Merlin. Highly recommend, especially with the looming ISDN/PSTN switch off.”

He sniffed the Merlin mans leg and waited for a tickle.

This change has made a huge difference to incoming calls, and means we can work much more effectively.

We are aware that our previous system was struggling to deal with calls and so have invested in Merlin 🧙‍♂️ to give a better service. We now have a dedicated emergency button so genuine emergencies can be filtered to our professionals without delay.

It is a very much welcomed improvement 👌
