Spent some time getting this almost complete. I've shelled it so it can be used for an actual PC and I know just need to size a keyboard for it so it fit snug in the opening and then I will cut it up for printing.

After looking at my settings and taking your comments on board I found that my exposure time was too long. I've done a load of tests and I was slowly dialing the exposure time back and its working well. I'm now able to repeatably do a full bed of parts and the next step is to optimize the supports to reduce the clean up time.

Havent had the best of starts with the elegoo saturn 4 and I'm hoping its just me being an idiot, I've adjusted the settings I would normally go to for getting a good cure and ots better but still far from perfect. I'm making it a little more difficult on myself as this is a flexable resin but you should still be able to get a decent quality on something this small.

A bit of a size comparison between the old Anycubic Photon 2 and the new Elegoo Saturn 16k. The number of improvements in the 5 years since the Photon 2 is numerous and there so many things that make it really easy to use and the software seems so much easier to use with prepping a model for printing.

Its been a good 5-ish years with this machine, theres been so much advancement in the resin printers in that time that theres no point in finding parts to fix it if a new machine is pretty affordable and better in every way.

Still ongoing with the Gatling Laser drawings as theres so many parts to detail and cover to make sure people can assembly the thing. Once the drawing is finished it looks simple and clear to understand but it takes so much longer to create them and think things through so the drawings are clear and concise.

I've always loved how interesting the Fallout 3 Plasma Pistol looks as theres just so much going on with the tubes and small details. I didnt think about using LED's but it would definitely look better with them, either way it still looks good.
