The biggest scam in life is this…
You graft all week, get taxed on your earnings. Then you spend what’s left and get taxed again. Then you own something and get taxed for owning it.
Income tax. VAT. Fuel duty. Council tax. Road tax. The NECK of it all is wild when you actually sit and think about it.
We’re out here breaking our backs on site and by the time everyone’s had their slice, what’s left?
Not saying don’t pay your way… but sometimes it feels like you’re working just to keep the meter running.
