Helda Systems have helped successfully delivered the first stage of the Cloud Base GA infrastructure update.

CloudBase GA is ground breaking administration and operations software for General Aviation (light aircraft) which offers fully integrated Operations for flying schools and clubs around the UK. It gathers information about the flights via a FM1 Flight Minder logger installed in the light aircraft.

Helda Systems helped support Electro-Technik (Systems) Ltd migrate the FM1 Flight Minder from the original AT-Mega 2560 based hardware to the new their new STM32 based hardware solution by porting the existing application code to the new platform.

The first stage is complete and work continues to extend and enhance the original firmware, add new product features and implement an IoT / MQTT based solution.

Helda develop STM32 base embedded solutions based around U-Blox GSM and GNSS technologies.

One year on and what a fun year it has been working with existing and exciting new customers.

Building on and expanding our STM32 and U-Blox knowledge, IOT protocols, MQTT, upgrading and improving our customers web interface, upgrading customers embedded solutions, adding Linkwave routers solution in place of out dated dial up networking.

Everything is rolling around again, maps, quality audit and soon cyber essentials.

Looking forward to the next year's activities.
