Today we hosted our Secret Santa in the 3RS IT office – and let’s just say it delivered more than we bargained for! 🎅

There were laughs, questionable gift choices, and a few very unexpected surprises… some of which definitely won’t be making it onto social media, as our Marketing Director would probably have us escorted out of the building 😅

All in all, a brilliant reminder that our team knows how to work hard and have a good laugh together.

At 3RS, we believe in developing talent early… Rosie just happened to start a lot earlier than most, but this week marks Rosie Leigh’s last week in the office (for now) as she heads off to start nursery.

She’s kept us all entertained with giggles, cuddles, and the occasional “executive order.” successfully bossing around our Technical Director, Ethan, and Head of Sales, Jake. We can confirm they obeyed every command without question. 🍼

Leadership lessons learned: nurture your team, smile often, and never underestimate the power of a well-timed nap.

We’ll definitely miss our littlest team member.
