All the character of a canvas, built for a tougher environment 💪

Mozza’s showing us what we call our ‘hard faced canvases’, part of an ongoing project we manufacture and install for a client’s hospital wards.

We wrap aluminium composite trays in textured self adhesive vinyl, then securely fix them to the walls. The result is a durable alternative to traditional canvases, designed to resist damage and make removal much more difficult, reducing the risk of misuse.

Bringing colour and character to spaces where safety and durability really matter.

93.33% customer satisfaction, with no rating below 4 out of 5! 🙌

That’s the feedback we received from site managers, QSs and senior managers, and we’re proud of the team behind it.

Construction site signage is our bread and butter. Easy ordering, great prices and quality signage, with an average turnaround of just three days from order to delivery. 🚚

With custom branded catalogues and new products throughout the year, we keep adapting to what our customers need.

It’s why we’re always excited to welcome a new construction customer. We know what we can deliver, and we can’t wait for them to experience it! 💪

Next up is Keilan with his favourite project, the Spudbros x Adobe tram wrap! 🙌

A few takes, a few blank looks and eventually a written script… turns out being on camera is harder than working on the trailer 😂

We got there in the end. Over to you, Keilan! 🎥

Give Eddy a design brief and he’s in his element. Put a camera in front of him and he forgets everything he’s ever known 😂

Our designer’s favourite project was our Madrí Excepcional work, using UV resin to create panels that looked like real tiles.

Thankfully, his design skills are better than his interview skills! 👀

Next up with his favourite project… Matty C! 🙌

Matty was instrumental in our award-winning installation at Blackpool Grand, recreating the iconic illuminated GRAND lettering four storeys up.

Bespoke letters, a curved spire and plenty of head-scratching along the way. A proper challenge with a result to be proud of.

Easy to see why this one’s his pick! 👏

It’s Friday and we’ve got the lads talking about their favourite jobs of the year 😁

First up, Paul (Mozza) Morris!... and his pick?... Judge Ceilings.

We get through a fair few jobs here, but there’s always one that sticks with you.

Here’s Mozza on why this one gets his vote 👇

Pumpkin carving’s a bit different round here 🎃

A customer asked us to develop a pumpkin display around an Igloo cooler, so we got stuck into making a sample.

First we templated the cooler, then tested the fit with card before moving onto Akyprint bubble board. Once we were happy with how everything fitted together, we made the finished version in Foamex.

CNC cut to shape, then UV printed on both sides using our Mimaki JFX, with the orange matched perfectly to the cooler. The whole thing slots together to create a rigid, freestanding display, with the cooler fitting neatly into the middle 👌

A great example of what goes into turning an idea into something that actually works. A bit of templating, a few samples, some tweaking and plenty of attention to detail.

Got something in mind for Halloween or Christmas? Give us a shout. We do love a challenge 😁

Another one!? 😂

Moz and Matty are hugging. There’s packaging everywhere. It can only mean one thing… new kit day. Again.

Yesterday, the new JFX. Today, a new Boxford laser. At this rate, Dawn’s changing the banking passwords 😬

This one arrived a day early, but we’re not complaining! The lads were straight into unloading and setting it up. Nothing quite like another delivery while you’re still clearing up from the last one 😅

Our old Boxford has been a proper workhorse, so we’ve stuck with what we know, with some great new features and improvements too. Perfect timing, as we’re inundated with laser work!

Right, enough hugging. Get it earning its keep 💪

New kit day… well, week 😁

A few weeks ago we went to The Print Show at the NEC and Matt Rutlidge put his hand in his pocket 😱

After months comparing printers, prices and running costs, we decided to stick with what we know. Our trusty Mimaki JFX was getting a little tired, and once we’d priced up new printheads and a service... a brand new JFX with three years’ gold warranty made more sense!

We’ve also changed the ink set, which will save us a small fortune each year. That bit helped Matt cope with spending the money 😂

Today’s been out with the old and in with the new. A few minor bumps along the way, as always, but we’re still here finishing the final tests, ready for action tomorrow. Paul Morris is ecstatic!

This was supposed to happen next year, but we’ve pulled it forward ahead of the Christmas rush.

And yes, we said new kit week. Something else arrives on Wednesday… then that’s it. Matt’s wallet is going in a safe and he’s banned from any more shows. 🔒
