A recent trip to Bromley helped Mr and Mrs H resolve a long-standing WiFi issue.

"Why do our devices keep disconnecting and reconnecting all the time, James"?

I found the answer: two competing wireless networks, one from their router, one from a mesh unit that a friend had set up for them in the past. Consolidated the two and ensured that all configuration was in order (including some long overdue firmware updates) and they finally had the stable connection they were dreaming of.
