Got a interesting one here , after a client and good friend of our accidentally put a full tube of thermal paste on his brand new i9-1200k he panicked on how to clean off the compound, luckily we had a free slot to help him out so we head to the clients house cleaned up the cpu for him and everything was good, while we were there he asked about his other parts and was bit nervous to install them so as part. Of our service we helped the client finish his build so he could jump on and play some games that night !

Well it 2023 and it time to finally upgrade your system !

One of our first client has finally got round to upgrading him system, so let brake down what we did.

So for starters our client came to us telling us he was having issues with his zotac 2060 , after we ran some test on our test rig we came to the conclusion that the gpu was faulty , after contacting the supplier we managed to get him a brand new 3060 to pair with his brand new 5600x which we found him for a steal , he upgraded from a 2600 which is a mega upgrade.

This time our client opted for a pc building sessions were we help our client assemble the pc with his new parts and guide him !

His pc now run with more fps and he is happy with his result !

A client of ours who previously brought there laptop in which was running slow,

after taking a look and doing a temporary fix we managed to find her a great deal on upgrade parts so we got her booked in and installed her new parts

We decided to get a new ssd and a stick of ram, once all our parts were installed we cloned the original hard drive and made sure everything was running smoothly the client returned and told us she was very happy and everything was working better than it ever has !

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE !

we have been extreamly quite on here and it about time we caught up ! , if you want to see all the things we do first make sure you follow us on instagram.

Our client came to us wanting to increase his current cooling for his cpu due to the new location his pc was going to be in, he was running a Amd wrath cooler but wanted to move over to a AIO. We talked about him buying a new one but mentioned he had a spare one from a other system he had but it was intel and he didn’t have the bracket, after contacting Corsair to try and get a replace it turns out it not longer been supported so we went out and searched for a new bracket for him we also need to find some new fans for him as he wasn’t a fan of RGB and want performance more we opted for Noctua premium NF-A12x15 FLX

After installing the fans to the cooler and installing it to the case we paired it up by using our favourite thermal paste NT-H1.

As you can see at the thermal picture before it was sat at 49 but once finished with our upgrades it dropped down to 31 that a whole 18 degrees in temperature drop which will help prolong the life of his system !

Customer brought in there laptop and reported to be running slow when doing the most basic tasks.

So we ran some task our self and found that this was the case, when we checked task manager it was peaking at 100%.

After we ran a check disk to see if the hard drive was failing and glad to report it wasn’t, we then went and configured some files and setting as well as applying some updates/patch’s.

Once we had finished all our tweaking the laptop went back to normal and performed exactly like it should.

All done in the same timeframe as it was received , we know what it is like to be with out your laptop or pc so we pride our self in having a fast turn around!

Customer came to us with there hp laptop stating that they couldn’t get into windows when they booted there laptop up.

Once we took hold of the laptop we found that this was the case and it was stuck on windows repair and unable to get past.

We proceed to get into hp built in hardware tester and it reported back everything was fine we attempted to get get into the bios, after changing a few things in the bios we managed to get windows to boot.

We then wiped the laptop at the customer request and Re installed windows 10 for the customs.

We managed to do all this with in a hour or so of receiving the laptop!.

We returned it to the custom and they were very satisfied with the laptop and our service !

A customer came to us with his pc saying he was getting performance issuse, after having good decent chat we expanded to much more that a performance tweak we went all out and wanted a new clean modern look.

after going back and forward with idea we finally settled on all the new parts he wanted.

once we got every thing in the case we applied some NT-H1 thermal paste to keep this system nice and cool we then made sure all the RGB was hooked up correclty.

once everything was running smoothly we began the tweaking process to make sure he cold get the performance he wanted, we will make another post after showing the tweaks and what he gained. we also recommended to the custom to get even more performance to upgrade his CPU.

once everything was sorted we invited the customer to come and see his pc first hand and we revealed it to him.

the custom reported to us he was happy with his new system and the service we provided.

Customer came to us and booked in for a consult and wanted to build a gaming pc to play all the latest title with no issuse. he had a decent sized budget to play with.

Due to his budget size we decided to go with a intel CPU for this build for the extra performance and to get all the frames!.

After finishing our consult we put the best build tougher for the money. just to note this was built back in the chip shortage era hence the lower end GPU but it was decent enough to play the games he wanted plus there room for upgarade in future.

Custom came to us with performance issue as well as wanting the service/health check

We first stripped the system and cleaned the dust out from the case as well as any dust on any of the hardware.

After consulting the client we came to conclusion that it would be better for a upgrade on the parts that we’re really lacking.

So we ordered in all the new parts

This new system was powered by and we got a really amazing deal on parts
