⚠️ NETWORK OUTAGE - THREE, SMARTY & iD MOBILE ⚠️

We’re currently seeing reports of service disruption affecting the Three network, which may also impact networks that use Three’s infrastructure, including SMARTY and iD Mobile. Both SMARTY and iD Mobile operate using Three’s network.

Customers affected may experience:
• No mobile signal/service
• Unable to make or receive calls
• Text messages not sending or receiving
• Mobile data not working or being intermittent

If you’re experiencing these issues today, it may be a network-side problem rather than a fault with your phone or SIM.

We’ll keep an eye on the situation and update when we know more.

PTech started right here at Brewery Street Shopping Centre, and it’s been a big part of our growth.

It's always great seeing a project go live.
