Just another one of the builds we have done here.

The brand new case arrived damaged in transit so we made contact to report the issue, this was resolved within around a week which delayed the process however the replacement was pristine.

Then we removed all the internals from the previous casing and transfered it over to the new case including a fitment of an AIO (All In One) watercooler.

The fans were then upgraded to provide maximum airflow to keep temperatures as cool as possible when doing strenuous tasks on the computer.

All in all another job well done!

Another simple job this weekend, a customer wanted Microsoft Office installing however didn't fancy paying premium rates of over £80! We managed to purchase a genuine one setup and fitted for just £45!

Had a couple of jobs this week, 2 tablets that needed the micro USB ports fixing - nice simple job and a cheap cost to the customer which was very satisfied!

The second job was 2 laptop issues, one with a black screen which unfortunately wasn't fixable as the motherboard itself was faulty and a replacement would out cost another laptop however I recovered their hard drive as it had important documents on which could now be saved and accessed at another time, however their second laptop just needed a clean windows 10 install keeping all personal files then followed by a cleanup and speeding up overall performance. Again another happy customer!

Had a HP Laptop job in this week with the customer mentioning of not using the laptop for a while and having issues booting up and general use.

After collecting the laptop, I researched into the issue which resulted in the battery being completely dead and not holding any charge, this was quickly ordered and fitted within less than 2 days!

This fixed one problem, however it would still not load up to the main Windows screen and kept looping a restart cycle. Complete strip down of the laptop revealed no significant problems however the customer did specify they wanted a larger hard drive which was supplied with the laptop so I went to fit this and install a clean windows 10 setup. This didn't fix the issue either so removal and checkover of other connections/parts inside the laptop managed to bring the laptop back into full working order!

Another job well done 😀

One of our customers decided to go all out a few months back on a complete Gaming PC build, so we evaluated the best setup for a reasonable price (about 1/2 that of a retail top model for the same specs!). Customer was left extremely satisfied and always knows where we are if anything in the future needs attending too.
