This MSI small form factor gaming PC came to Cymru Computers with an intermittent display and wouldn’t boot into Windows.

Once we got the display stable, we were able to access the BIOS. A couple of settings adjustments later, it booted straight into Windows! ✅

No replacement machine needed—just a little troubleshooting and a happy customer 🙂

A little peek behind the scenes at Cymru Computers…

We’ve been working on a cool concept to bring an extra personal touch to every PC we build—making your setup feel even more like yours. 🖥️✨

It’s still a work in progress, but we’re excited to share this sneak peek!

This desktop came to us after its owner reported paying over £100 to another local business to have it “tidied up”. It was returned unable to power on, and we identified a failed power supply.

We’ll be replacing the power supply, removing dust and thoroughly checking the system to get it back into excellent working order.

It may be an older build, but it means the world to its owner, and we’re pleased to help. 🖥️

A couple of jobs completed recently 🙂

We supplied a PS5 ready for the long-awaited GTA VI, alongside repairing a Nintendo Switch after both thumbstick toggles had snapped off.
