Overview:
We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated and driven person to be apart of our growing team. Essentially, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.
Experience is not essential as training can be provided to those willing to work and learn.
Responsibilities:
οΏ½ Ensure production of pre pack products and processing of orders run efficiently by working as a team
οΏ½ Writing and calculating order invoices to individual shops
οΏ½ Delivering of products and shop orders to multiple destinations
οΏ½ Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications (On job training provided)
οΏ½ Operate and maintain butchering equipment, such as knives, saws, fillers and mincer (Training provided)
οΏ½ Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
οΏ½ Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during all stages of food preparation
οΏ½ Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Essential
οΏ½ Must be a determined individual and willing to learn
οΏ½ Must be able to work in and provide own transport to any of our 3 stores as and when needed.
οΏ½ Possess strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
οΏ½ Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
οΏ½ Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices (Helpful but not essential as training provided)
οΏ½ Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
οΏ½ Clean driving licence
Schedule:
οΏ½ 4-5 working days, including weekends
