Listening to the people who use the software
Some of the most useful development ideas don't start on a product roadmap.
They come from the people using the software every day.
A significant proportion of Sabre MS development originates from customer requests, user feedback and the practical issues identified while our software is being used in real recruitment and workforce environments.
Sometimes that results in a new feature. Sometimes it is a small change to an existing process. And sometimes the best solution is simply making something easier to use.
We see that feedback as part of a continuous improvement process rather than a collection of individual requests.
Not every suggestion will be appropriate for every customer, but where an idea can improve the wider product, we try to learn from it and build that experience back into Sabre.
After all, the people using the software every day are often the people best placed to show us where it can be better.
Good software should continue to learn from the people who use it.
