In our continued effort to share stories from the amazing network of food producers in Oxfordshire, we’d like to tell you about Northmoor Meat Company.
Situated in Northmoor, West Oxfordshire, Northmoor Meat Company is run by James & Fiona Florey. Four generations of the family are involved, with a beautiful Herd of Ruby Red Devon's cattle, which have been grazing on 450 acres of riverside meadows for over 25 years.
When the pandemic arrived, James and Fiona were already providing home deliveries, and allowing for special requests based upon customers’ needs, but orders increased significantly. As they increased production to meet the demand, they focused on providing the same high-quality meat they are known for, in 100% recyclable boxes, to minimise environmental impact.
