The customer complained and stated their laptop was lagging and running slow which they used for work. There were over 200 processes active and the laptop was almost running out of RAM when we got it in. We were able to get the processes down to 130 and freed up over 1gb of RAM. This has made a massive difference and the laptop is useable again. The customer was very happy as they don't need a new laptop. If you have a computer or laptop running slowly message the page. 😁
