**Position:** Full Stack Developer
**Salary:** 40,000 - 50,000 BDT
**Location:** Remote

**Responsibilities:**
- Take full ownership and maintain a complete application.
- Fix bugs and enhance existing features.
- Develop data models based on client requirements.
- Ensure secure authorization and authentication flows.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.
**Requirements:**
- Strong understanding of JavaScript.
- Proficiency in React and Next.js.
- Experience with Express.js or Nest.js.
- Working knowledge of SQL or MongoDB.
- Ability to develop data models from client requirements.
- Knowledge of secure authorization and authentication flows.
- Solid understanding of GitHub and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with software testing (a plus).
- Experience deploying applications to AWS (a plus).
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Work Hours:**
- Fully remote position.
- Working hours are from 2 PM Bangladesh Time for an 8-hour shift.
- Saturdays and Sundays are off.
