Hi all. Just thought I'd give you an update as in to what I've been up to. Today I helped a customer learn how to change a pdf into a word document and vise versa. As well as this I helped them learn to use google docs as they had a few files from emails they had received saved to docs and were unsure how to use it. Overall, they seemed very happy now knowing this information, which I am very pleased about.
