A 2024 goal is that of cutting out unnecessary costs and replacing it with something of real business value. We’re very good at it and we do it for both ourselves and our customers, as their businesses grow and change. Some examples of software that has crept in include the productivity tools Zoom and the lesser known Calendly, which facilitates external access to your Outlook calendar for the booking of meetings. These are both paid for tools that attempt to duplicate those already built-in to most O365 licenses and are therefore unnecessary costs. The starting cost for a single user of both Zoom and Calendly is £19 / per month, nearly double that of the O365 product that does the same and more.
