Nothing like a spontaneous festive photoshoot to brighten the workday 🎄

We couldn’t resist sneaking into the kids’ Christmas photo set in our studio next door for a coffee-break cameo. 

Turns out, squeezing into a tiny baby sleigh and tossing presents around is exactly the midday energy boost we needed.

Even better - it’s the perfect moment to introduce our newest Digital Learning Designer, Angharad, to the Eggu creative team! 🎉

What a wonderful morning working in the Eggu studio with Grace!

We’ve been recording health visitor and parent conversation scenarios for our new project on baby brain development - such a rewarding and thought-provoking session.

More importantly, I always love the chance to work face-to-face with clients. It’s not just about the work - it’s about connection too.

Today’s conversations went far beyond the scripts, into the real gritty stuff... perinatal mental health, feminism and motherhood in a patriarchal world.

It’s such a relief when someone shares stories that mirror your own - that feeling of being heard, understood, and not alone.

We all need these honest and open conversations more often. Here's to the benefits and joys of getting away from Teams and meeting in the flesh! 🤍

Feeling so grateful for our Eggu family 💛

We got together in person this week for an early Christmas celebration - a few drinks, a delicious veggie lunch, some healthy competition at the darts board, alongside plenty of great chats and laughs galore.

Moments like this remind us just how lucky we are to work alongside such brilliant, kind, and like-minded people. It’s easy to forget how much of our lives we share with our colleagues, and how important it is to be surrounded by those who share your values, energy and vision.

Feeling blessed to work with such a brilliant bunch that truly get it - who support, inspire and bring out the best in one another 💛

Here’s to this amazing crew, the bond we’ve built, and everything we’ll achieve together in the year ahead.

Yesterday, I was flying the flag for Tahlia’s incredible .co agency nomination at Awards in London. Sadly, no trophy this time but still a true force of nature and digital Queen that I will always back.

A melange of workshop learning and glitzy awards with fizz, there was a slight head in hands moment when a sea of digital women needed to call in the IT guy to fix the AV. But hey ho!

That aside… Charlotte Carter without doubt completely stole the show. Her talk on showing up online, owning your brand image and getting intentional with your business messaging truly hit home.

What a powerhouse. Insightful on stage, and luckily I had the pleasure of discovering she is just as inspiring (and super fun!) in person.

One of those rare networking moments where the conversation flows, the energy aligns, and you walk away thinking… jeez this superhero in silver boots is someone I definitely want to stay connected with!

Then to amp up the bonkers, I bump into my favourite Digital Man and ‘professional networker’, Owen Williams at dishing out the business cards next door at another event. What a wonderful surprise. I do love an unexpected run in beer.

A joyous day that reminds you getting out of the office grind and making real connections face to face is both good for business and the soul.

Just a few snaps from our first official Hatch event! Our networking happy place, designed to boost your headspace. Feeling proud as punch ❤️

What a truly delicious day. The sun was shining, we made fantastic new connections and had many a meaningful chat.

Totally easy networking without the formalities. All hugs… no handshakes!

The conversation starter cards weren’t even needed as everything felt so fluid, effortless and natural.

Amidst an active 3 mile group walk around the wonderful Sissinghurst countryside, we paused by the beautiful lake for some much needed grounding, contemplating and sharing - all focussed on cracking our comfort zones, led perfectly by Ann.

Then happily headed back the The Milk House - the ideal setting for a well earned sit down with coffee and platefuls of brownies.

Thank you to everyone who joined our special first event. We left feeling uplifted, full of happiness and properly hatched!!! 🐣
