Warranty Information - Built by Jake Custom Gaming PCs

All PCs sold by Built by Jake Custom Gaming PCs are fully tested before sale and include a 30-day limited return-to-base hardware warranty from the date of collection or delivery.

This warranty covers genuine hardware faults that occur under normal domestic use.

This warranty does not cover:
• software issues
• user damage or accidental damage
• liquid damage
• damage caused during transport after collection/delivery
• third-party repairs, upgrades, or tampering
• faults caused by external power, cables, monitors, or home setup
• general wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or buyer’s remorse

If an issue does occur, it must be reported within the 30-day warranty period and the full PC must be returned to me for inspection before any repair or replacement is agreed.

Any repair, replacement, or other resolution is provided at my discretion depending on the fault found during diagnosis.

This policy applies to all new sales going forward.

Another budget gaming PC finished and ready to go.

This one is built around a Ryzen 5 2600 and GTX 1660, which is still a really solid combo for 1080p gaming. It’s a clean blacked-out build in a panoramic style case with white ARGB lighting, tempered glass, and built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, so it makes a nice setup for someone wanting something that looks modern without spending a fortune.

Another one finished and I’m finally back building again after a month off .

This one is a really clean blacked-out build with white ARGB lighting and a nice little extra from the Thermalright digital LCD cooler, which gives it something a bit different visually.

- Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB

The RX 5700 XT is still a very capable card for strong 1080p performance and can handle 1440p gaming in plenty of titles too, so this should make a great setup for someone wanting a solid gaming PC without spending a fortune.
