What a morning passed my 500 day streak with Duolingo (French and Spanish) then perfect timing to do my 250th Park Run at Pymmes. Celebrating with others doing there 250th and 600th, so much celebration cake flap jacks jelly babies and oranges. Thanks Liz Worrall for the banana cake and Ruth Hercules Theo Hercules for all your support and the surprise 250 T Shirt(how did you do that?)
