Welcome Giovanni Marineo to the Integrations Team.

We are delighted to officially welcome Giovanni Marineo as a full-time member of our Integrations team.

Giovanni joined us in February 2025 as a Workday Integrations Intern, and over the past year has built an impressive technical foundation and gained valuable hands-on experience across the Workday integration landscape.

A key part of Giovanni’s development has been the mentorship of our very own Tech Guru, Dan Archibald, who has generously imparted his deep knowledge, wisdom, and years of real-world integration expertise throughout Giovanni’s journey. Dan is known for his exceptionally high standards and attention to detail, and Giovanni has risen to the challenge, absorbing best practices, sharpening his skills, and consistently delivering strong results under Dan’s guidance.

Following the successful completion of his internship in January 2026, which he finished with flying colours, Giovanni has now stepped into a permanent position as a Workday Integration Consultant, becoming an official member of our Integrations team. He will continue his development under the guidance and mentorship of Dan Archibald within Dan’s team, further building on the strong foundations established during his internship.

We are excited to see Giovanni continue to grow in this next chapter, bringing his energy, capability, and dedication to our ongoing and future integration projects.

We are delighted to welcome Rebecca Moloney to Lucas Kennedy as Director, Workday Customer Success and Services, joining us directly from Workday.

This appointment marks an important step forward for our Advisory and AMS capability as we continue to strengthen how we support and protect our clients’ Workday investment.
Rebecca brings deep experience from within the Workday ecosystem, having worked closely with organisations to support successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of their Workday platforms.

Her background spans customer success, service delivery, governance, and operating model design, helping customers maximise value from their Workday investment well beyond go live.

In her new role, Rebecca will lead our Workday Advisory and AMS services, ensuring clients have stable, well governed, and continuously improving Workday environments. She will focus on building service models that are proactive, transparent, and aligned to long term business outcomes, helping organisations get more from their Workday investment over time.

Rebecca will also play a key role in strengthening our customer success framework and how we partner with clients, bringing greater structure, insight, and consistency to the way we support their Workday platforms.

Teresa joins us as a Senior Manager in our Adaptive Planning team, bringing over nine years of experience in finance, analytics, and ERP transformation across global organisations.

Before joining Lucas Kennedy, Teresa led global finance and analytics operations at Designit, where she spearheaded the rollout of Workday Adaptive Planning across 12 entities and integrated it seamlessly with Workday Financials, HCM and Salesforce.

Her leadership in designing and optimizing forecasting models for P&L, project profitability, and workforce planning delivered a 70% improvement in forecasting accuracy and significantly enhanced financial efficiency across the business.

Teresa’s career spans roles in global controllership, financial modelling, and ERP implementation, including Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. She’s known for her expertise in process automation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, helping organizations elevate their planning and performance through technology.
