From today, you may notice a few things different about us. We've got a new name, Jada Group and a new brand.

When Monkey Host Group was founded back in 2017, we had only one vision, to provide good, strong and powerful hosting services and solutions.

Now, in 2020, our business is far more diverse than just hosting and to reflect this and the new visions we hold, we decided it was time for a new look and a new name.

Over the coming weeks we will be fully launching our new business along with some information on our flagship brand, MonkeyHost.

We would like to take this time to thank all of our customers, past and present who have supported us in getting to this stage, onwards and upwards.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) update:
Firstly, we hope you are keeping well, staying safe and coping as best as you can in the current situation, wherever you are.

Please be advised that we have activated our Business Continuity Plan and our staff are now working remotely from home until further notice. As we continue to monitor the situation and adhere to Government guidance, we remain fully committed to delivering a business as usual level of operations to our customers and partners during this uncertain time.

You can still contact us by phone, but to help us manage our response times more efficiently, e-mail is currently the best way to get in touch ([email protected]). Don't forget, for each of our brands, you can still raise tickets via your account control panel and our team will do their best to respond in a timely manner.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update:

I would like to provide an update to our customers regarding the Covid-19 situation.

I understand that this may be a difficult time for our customers and businesses and as such, we are putting measures in place to ensure all of our brands can operate in a near-normal state.

For businesses that are moving their workforce to homes, we can help with this and have services that can ensure you keep a connected workplace. We urge you to get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding these options.

For our customers and businesses who may be struggling at this time to keep up with payments due to the Covid-19 outbreak, I would like to extend our fullest support. While we cannot offer payment holidays or breaks to contracts to every customer, we will be sympathetic to those that need it most and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis by our support team.

I would also like to take this opportunity to let our customers know what I am doing to keep my staff safe. All our core support staff are now working from the safety of their own home. Staff that remain on site to manage our infrastructure, do so under strict rules and guidance in line with the guidance given by the Government.

We are reviewing this guidance daily and making changes accordingly to ensure our staff remain as safe as possible at all times.

We will stand in solidarity with our customers to ensure we get through this, together.
