Ans. We use Sippysoft , media core )for all of our voice interconnects.
2- Does Nitfone support both SIP and H.323?

Ans. Yes Nitfone interconnect supports both SIP and H.323.
3- What voice codec does Nitfone support?

Ans. Codec support is based on the route that you are getting from Nitfone. Most routes generally do not support G.711 and hence it will be a good idea if you ask our NOC for codec support for specific routes.
4- When can you contact Nitfone for support related issues?

Ans. Post Dial Delay measures the amount of time after the user dials a phone number till the time he/she hears a ring-back tone.
