Event Case Study – Celestry Festival, Windsor Racecourse 2025

Last August we had the pleasure of delivering full event production for Celestry, a house and dance music celebration at Windsor Racecourse.

The event featured an incredible lineup of legendary artists including Chicane, Judge Jules, Todd Terry, Roger Sanchez, Tall Paul, Rozalla and Jon Pleased Wimmin, creating an unforgettable experience for dance music fans.

Our team provided a full technical production package including:

• Professional sound system for live music performances
• Pioneer DJ equipment and artist technical riders
• Stage build
• Lighting design
• Video wall
• Site-wide power distribution
• CO₂ special effects

From staging and sound through to lighting and artist support, our technicians worked throughout the event to ensure everything ran smoothly for both performers and organisers.

ITV Summer Party 2023 – A Full Venue Takeover at The Mandrake Hotel

In collaboration with Another Day Events, we supplied lighting and technical production for ITV’s first Summer Party since Covid — transforming the Mandrake into a fully branded immersive experience.

ITV’s summer graphics and colours were woven into every space through carefully designed lighting, gobo projection and atmosphere.

We delivered:
• Lighting throughout the entrance tunnel, lobby, restaurant & courtyard
• Bespoke gobo projection on the terrace
• Uplighting in the Library and YOPO Bar
• PA system & Pioneer DJ equipment
• Technical support for the bespoke DJ booth

From arrival to last track, the production elevated the entire guest experience.

On 21st June 2025, we delivered one of the most ambitious university ball productions in London — transforming Imperial College campus into a festival-style celebration for over 2,500 students. Thank you to the amazing team at for having us back again.

Magical Moments – June 2022 at Four Seasons Hampshire 🦢

We’re looking back at one of the most beautifully designed weddings we’ve had the pleasure of producing, in partnership with Kristina Kempton.

Guests were welcomed into a chic, all-white ceremony framed with delicate gypsophilia before moving into a vibrant Garden of Eden-inspired wedding breakfast — rich florals in hot pink and blush, olive green linens and gold tableware creating a breathtaking setting.

Our team delivered full technical production throughout the day:

• Ceremony microphones and PA system
• Wedding breakfast PA, spotlights and ambient mood lighting
• Full band technical rider for a live performance by Teddy Swims
• Pioneer DJ equipment for guest DJ Marvin Humes
• High-energy, club-style lighting for the evening dancefloor

From an emotional first dance to Teddy's headline live performance and Marvin Humes taking to the decks, the celebration transitioned seamlessly from elegance to electric.

As wedding season hits its peak, we’re securing final 2026 dates and opening our 2027 diary.

Since 2023 we’ve collaborated with the fantastic Gung Ho Communications on a number of brand activations for New Balance and OFFICE.

Our role has been providing the technical production behind the scenes — including PA systems, lighting, gobos, projectors and Pioneer DJ equipment — helping their creative concepts come to life on the day.

Brand activations move fast, so having a production team that keeps everything running smoothly (and stress-free) makes a big difference.
