Knowledge isn’t worth anything until it’s used. There is not a lot of value in knowing something until it's actually made use of.

At some point, get off the hamster wheel, and start making use of that knowledge.

I've learned a lot of knowledge these years—business, data, product, marketing—
Just like spending a lot of time learning recipes but never actually cooking.

So...since 2024, I started creating something, and make use of it, although it's never perfect.

When we create something from what we learn, we are not just benefiting people; we're also benefiting ourselves because we understand better.

We often perceive work in a linear way, thinking:
"If I work 8 hours a day, I should get 8 hours of returns, right?

"If I work overtime on projects, and push myself to the limit, I should get promoted and earn more, right?"

"If I consistently create content and build products for three months, I should gain followers, monetise, and make money, right?"

But in reality:

Promotion: Given to someone else.
Pay raise: After taxes + inflation, it feels like nothing changed.

Your account/business: You work on it for months, see no returns, and end up quitting.

The truth is:

work and output are not linear.
The key is whether you are investing in high-quality work in the right way.

The 3 core factors that matter more than hardwork

1. What you do

Every choice leads in a different direction.
Even small tasks, when chosen wisely, can create massive leverage.

2. Who you do it with

Choosing the right people to work with, the right audience to serve,
and the right circle to grow in is far more important than just working hard.

3. How you do it

Your methods, mindset, resources, and efficiency determine your long-term results more than sheer effort.
These three factors are far more important than just "working hard." And the best part?

You have the choice to follow your heart and focus on three key areas for progress:

It’s been a while, but I’m back online. I’ve realised that true high vibes aren’t about staying in a constant state of high energy and positivity, but about accepting how I feel and embracing the times when my energy is low.

After being away for a while, I took time to pause, take a break, travel, heal, and reflect.

I’ve asked myself:

Is this what I truly want?
What direction feels right for me—not what I think I should do, but what aligns with me?

This has been an essential part of my personal growth journey.

2024 was my first year exploring a one-person business from a creator’s perspective, and I absolutely loved it.

I’m celebrating the fact that I can earn entirely on my own—through my knowledge and experience—without relying on anyone else or needing anyone’s permission.

This exploration has not only enriched my life but also deepened my sense of abundance.

I’ve said goodbye to scarcity and wholeheartedly welcomed abundance into my life.

So, when feeling stuck or does not feeling move forward, it’s often because you may need someone to guide you.

When something feels impossible, it’s usually a sign you need clarity on your gifts, strengths, and how to face challenges and explore opportunities.

True high energy, abundance, and flow come when you can navigate the ups and downs of life as naturally and effortlessly as water.

Like water—fluid, adaptable, and calm—you’ll realise nothing is really a problem.

When you feel stuck, think it’s impossible, or see only problems, it’s just your perception talking.

So, what’s the real answer? What’s the standard you’re holding yourself to?
Or maybe there doesn’t need to be a “real” answer right now.

You’re allowed to keep exploring—it’s your journey.

Enjoy the ride, focus on the experience, and let it unfold naturally. 🌟

The first year of starting and monetising a business doesn’t have to be hell. I’ve tested this and found peace in every moment. I’ve realised that any problem can be solved and is the result of subconscious choices.

I know I can start from any point, and reach my goals quickly, always achieving each milestone.

I experience the true flow of wealth, understanding that abundance is not born from anxiety, but from creation and giving.
I earn and spend money joyfully, in a state of flow.

I face my fears with courage, and the darker and more challenging, the more strength and power I feel.

Its my calling. Of course, I still struggle.

It's okay to be scared.

I felt and realised that chaos and hardships have become friends, even sources of hope.

I’ve learned that the relationships we have—with people, objects, or situations—are reflections of our relationship with ourselves.

What seem like external constraints are often self-imposed limits.
If something happens and I end up liking myself less or accumulating self-criticism, that would be the real failure—
because it means I followed external judgments and betrayed my own heart.

Everything is just an experience.

We bring nothing with us at birth and take nothing with us at death.

Many people’s pain stems from the belief that they need a definite good outcome before they can be happy.

But in truth, the law of the world is that your positive mindset creates positive reality.

There’s no need to cling to ownership, as no person or thing truly belongs to us. Instead, focus on creating and sharing.

You are already complete—you just forgot.

Woo-hoo! The best news I received this week while I'm in Romania for holidays is that my coachee smashed interviews for her dream roles, thanks to the ultimate mindset and energy level-up that I coached her on.

I've started to become a Solopreneur since the beginning of this year, after living through my entire corporate life across Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, and the UK for nearly a decade and a half... I've now found that coaching and being a solopreneur have given me so much joy, fulfilment, freedom, flexibility, ownership, and more importantly, soul-level elevation of myself whilst helping others.

Picturing where you are able to:

- Stick to your passion and joy to help others with your experience and expertise…

- Have ownership and flexibility of your time, location whilst adding value to like-minded people…

- Having your own time back to learn, grow, and invest in yourself WITHOUT getting lost and stuck in energy-draining activities that only lead you in the wrong direction...

- Feel fulfilled and loved in your career/business whilst helping others achieve their desired outcome faster…

- Have a consistent profitability per month as a full-time coach that motivates you even further in running your coaching business…

I started my solopreneur journey from scratch full-time at the end of January this year and have been hitting stable income since then.

I also hit my revenue milestone in March, working 50% less time than a full-time job.

It's not something only living in dreams.

It's in reality that needs to be reawakened if you're like me and you're looking for fulfilment, joy, freedom, flexibility, and freedom, pretty much like what I care the most.

I've hit my new milestone this month - my coaching revenue has matched my previous corporate job income, with only 50% of the full-time effort and significantly fewer sales calls and energy-draining activities

It's been about two months since I started my full-time coaching business.

Over the last month, I've found the energetic match to attract and qualify my potential clients, and opportunities are beginning to show up.

I realised I used to force myself into suggesting endless discovery calls/sales calls, spending 2 hours trying to dig into their problems and finding ways to get them enrolled.

My diary was fully booked, with endless calls and follow-up calls, putting in so much effort and time.

I distinctly remember every time my family wanted to enter the room, all they found was me on numerous calls with people...

I don't want to continue like this, regardless of how much I want to grow my business.

We know that there are a zillion ways to grow, including the mainstream marketing advice telling us we need to do content challenges every day, webinars, live sessions, shorts, sales calls, and maintain that consistency even when we feel drained and tired.

And...

there is actually a way more effective and simpler way to speak to our audience naturally, without forcing ourselves to do 100 things including webinars, live sessions, shorts, videos, numerous sales calls, etc.

Instead...

focus on how effectively you communicate in your content, truly understand the non-mainstream marketing and hidden gems, keep fine-tuning,

and more importantly...

raise your vibrational energy level to attract potential clients with a similar vibrational level, making their 'yes' more natural and smooth.

Have been spending time on holiday in Spain in the last few weeks...

and... I LOVE THE SUNSHINE
