With their curated content and recently refreshed brand personality, clearly reminded us that all elements added up, stand stronger together. And create more standout hotels. Here are some takeaways:
• A purposeful hotel brand can take their own unique approach, to the different guest touch points by Charlie MacGregor and Eljesa Saciri.
• Imagine to automate and run on barely (or no) human interaction, projected Niko Ormotsadze, effectively sharing their Bob W. practical alternative to the combined efforts of hoteliers holding on to human touch as their USP in a saturated market of reception desks.
