Knowledge Management 🧠
With a smarter editor, a new permission for publishing public knowledge items and an updated interface in the Self-Service Portal, sharing knowledge has never been easier.

Task Board 📋
Need to cover for a colleague who’s out? You can now filter tasks by several operators or groups at once. Sorted by due date, so the most urgent work is always on top.

One TOPdesk User 🔗
No more linking operators and persons one by one. Our new wizard suggests the right matches, so you can approve them all in bulk.

Imports ⚡
Connect your local Active Directory through Supporting Files import, bring in new Entra ID fields like hireDate or costCenter, use Microsoft Intune as a source for Asset Management imports and set default branches for both Location imports and Asset Management imports.

And that’s not all. The new default Asset overview and updates to Automated Actions with Connections are also ready to explore.
