Since our inception, McInnes White has been focused on providing our clients with a truly consultative specialist recruitment service. Having worked in the cyber security recruitment business for a number of years, the founders of McInnes White came to realise that what these employers wanted was a true recruitment partner, who can consult and advise, as well as provide the best talent the market holds. With this in mind, we now offer a full managed service which includes an extensive launch meeting (comprising full assessment of business needs, advice on requirement and spec and honest feedback), a thorough candidate sourcing process (which unearths even the non-active and hard to find specialist talent) and close management of the process and candidates right up until offer, start date and beyond. McInnes White choose to work only with the top 10% of candidate talent. We ensure this is the case through thorough referencing, research and a detailed pre-engagement interview process. Each McInnes White consultant is a true specialist in his chosen field so you can be sure you are dealing with the experts.
