A few weeks ago, we attended Data Decoded and had some great conversations with businesses about the challenges of managing customer data in an increasingly digital world.

One thing that stood out was how many organisations are still facing the same core issues:

โ€ข Rising concerns around fraud prevention and compliance
โ€ข The growing need for trusted data to support AI and automation initiatives

While technology continues to evolve, the importance of clean, accurate and verified customer data remains constant.

It was great to hear how different organisations are approaching these challenges and to share how Melissa helps businesses improve data quality, strengthen identity verification and create better customer experiences.
