"I was absolutely blown away when working with Megan on a personal customised print piece. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering what I wanted were totally unwavering and she was always in quick communication and willing to make changes. The end result was a stunning piece of work which looked exactly how I had envisioned it in my mind's eye. Megan is so very talented and completely capable of creating a wonderfully beautiful and personal piece of art; a perfect gift for any occasion!”

James wrote these kind words about what it was like to commission a piece with me. This photo is of the final design. Together we collaborated to make a memory montage for his sister’s 30th birthday. It features a range of family photographs, drawings of their pets, and little inside jokes. It even includes a poem that James wrote. It was a really fun challenge trying to fit so much material into one cohesive piece of art, and I’m so thrilled that both James and his sister were happy with the final result. I’ve written more about the process of working on a commission in my most recent blog post on my website. ✨ Update ✨

It's been a busy time since Christmas! I thought I would post a little update and let you know the fun things I've been working on since the new year.

🌷 I've completed three new commissions: two based on TV shows and one very personal print based on a collection of family photographs

🌼 I've launched three new prints: firstly, a Taylor Swift themed music fan art poster, secondly a Springtime Animals theme nursery wall art, which can be personalised, and lastly a Neutral Milk Hotel themed music fan art poster

🍂 Today I am fulfilling my first wholesale sticker order - 100 sticker sheets are off to an online book retailer!

🌸 I have designed and launched a new range of sticker sheets for small business owners, including 'Handmade with Love' stickers and personalised 'Handmade in...' stickers -these have proven really popular!

🍄 I have started several social media collaborations with some lovely stationery stores, using their beautiful products in my journal spreads

Merry Christmas Eve to everyone 💕 I was thinking how bizarre it is that tomorrow morning more than 50 people all over the world are going to be opening up one my paintings. It’s quite an overwhelming feeling and I’m so humbled and thankful to have found this creative outlet during this very odd year. I wonder where my business will be in a years time. It feels very apt to launch my new Christmas cards during JustACard Indie week, where the focus is on supporting small business. The reality is that it is never ‘just a card’. Every small business involved in this project channels their passion and creativity into making bespoke, handmade or thoughtful products. I recently finished this adorable Christmas commission for a friend of mine. It turned to be so cute that I decided to make it available to everyone! It can be personalised with your own family names or with a festive message, or you can enjoy the artwork just as it is without any writing underneath.
