Position: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and nurture the company’s relationships with its most important clients. You will be responsible for securing and maintaining long-term key customers by understanding their needs and requirements. Our ideal candidate is a friendly team player and a self-starter, eager to collaborate and immerse themselves in our overall philosophy.
Job Responsibilities:
The role requires significant interaction with clients based in the UK and Europe via email and telephone. Tasks are varied and include:
Assessing client requirements and making recommendations on service packages
Developing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients through networking and marketing
Creating interest in our products and services, generating new business leads, and arranging meetings
Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, courtesy calls, and follow-up communications
Developing effective sales plans using proven sales methodologies
Answering any technical questions clients may have
Advising on software features and their applications in various contexts
Presenting findings to both the professional team and the client
Meeting sales targets set by the organization and contributing to team goals
Key Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science from a reputable public or private university
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the software industry
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
IELTS score of 6.5+ or an English-taught degree from abroad is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
