What does accessibility look like at scale?

At ICED 2025 in Rome, we captioned five days of live sessions, across four stages, for more than 1,300 delegates, all delivered in-room and in real time.

Our hybrid model combined professional human captioners for plenary sessions with AI-generated captions for breakouts, made possible with Accessloop.

Yesterday was Day 1 of International Confex, where we provided live captions across 7 stages. But that’s not all, our team also captioned 7 more stages at ActionAble 2025 with ImpactMatch, plus ITV Festival Conference, Amazon.co.uk Public Sector Day, and 12 private events!
